The Couples-Grace and Gonzalo Freixes
 
Cuban American attorneys, Grace and Gonzalo have known each other since they were toddlers. However, it wasn't until they were in their teens that they fell in love. It was the Cuban tradition of chaperoned dating that prompted them to marry when they were 19 and 20 years old. Grace and Gonzalo have found that their shared background in the law and keeping a healthy sense of humor has helped to sustain their relationship, particularly during arguments. Grace notes, "We'll have arguments and he'll say "Your haven't answered the questions I've asked you. Move to strike as non-responsive, facts are not in evidence." It's a great icebreaker." The Freixes and their son Alex celebrated 27 years of marriage last year.
